This case study will touch on the leadership of Zappos and how it fostered ethical-ness within their organization. Once identified, two actions other companies can take to improve their ethical issues and how they can work to mimic that culture. The study will also focus on some of the major impacts that Zappos’ leadership and ethical practices had on the stakeholders. Within, there will be examinations of the ethical challenges Zappos face and a few recommendations of some actions they can take to address them. In the case study, one may find evaluations of the core values of Zappos in relations to developing a culture of ethics and some determining factors that support the stakeholder’s perspective of those values. Lastly, an analysis of the major ethical challenges Zappos faced and whether or not the resolutions could have been done differently than how management chose and why.
